In addition to the ongoing work with its select clientele in acquiring and investing in golf and golf-anchored properties, the Company is involved in a number of golf development projects around the world. The Idaho Club – a Jack Nicklaus signature Design – in Sandpointe, ID has just been completed and the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club – Korea in Incheon City, Korea is nearing completion. The Jack Nicklaus Golf Club – Korea will be part of a highly exclusive group of only 12 “Jack Nicklaus” Clubs in key cities around the world. In addition, the Company is just beginning the conceptual design stages for a new three golf course project in the Dominican Republic and two golf courses on Lake Oconee, GA. The recently completed Heritage Hill Golf Club – a high-end daily fee golf course in the Louisville, KY market area is already receiving strong ratings from the local golf market as being one of the “best in the state” and a “must play”.
